How soon can you complete my project?

Will I be able to see a visualization of my project before construction begins?
Yes. Project prints are available for your review and approval.
Do I need to obtain a permit for my project?
If you are adding a deck, porch, or sunroom you will most likely need to obtain a building permit. Not sure where to begin? We will help you through this process!
Permits are not generally needed for siding, window/door replacement, or exterior trim projects. Keep in mind that all permitting requirements vary based on the requirements of your municipality.
How do you handle waste removal and cleanup?
All construction debris will be responsibly removed from your property at the completion of the project. We are meticulous when it comes to cleanup, ensuring that you are left with a clean and safe environment.
Will I need to be present on-site at any point during the project?
This depends on the type of project we will be completing. If all work will strictly be completed outdoors (siding or exterior trim), you will not need to be present. If we will be replacing windows or doors or working on an addition, you will need to be present so we have indoor access to complete the job.
Can you color match my existing siding/exterior trim?

Do you offer any kind of warranties?
Yes. We stand behind our work with a 5 year limited workmanship warranty. We also honor all product warranties available from the manufacturer.

Depending on the scale and type of project, we may require a down payment.
When will the project balance be due?
The project balance will be due on the date of completion.
Do you charge sales tax?
No. Contractors in Pennsylvania generally do not charge sales tax on construction services.
